Shipping, returns, exchanges and privacy. Orders ship once the piece is ready — immediately for ready-to-wear, after tailoring for made-to-measure. Because handloom stock is small-run and made-to-measure is cut to your measurements, returns work differently for each; the terms for both are set out here in full. We collect only what is needed to fulfil an order and do not sell customer data to anyone.
